MELODIE SHEKIA
Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Melodie’s passion for writing and serving God has been a lifelong journey. Transitioning from years as a school teacher, she realized the significance of helping both children and adults grow spiritually. Also, Melodie realized the importance of representation, particularly for Black children within the biblical narrative. With this in mind, Melodie creates picture Bible books that portray dark faces and ethnic cultures, alongside resources aimed at fostering a deeper connection with God. MelodieShekia@gmail.com
